About Our Home

East Mountain House has a home!! For many months we have been looking to purchase a suitable home in the Northwest Corner. We soon found out that buying in the Salisbury-Lakeville area would cost over $1 million. In a beautiful twist, we will now be renting a 3,400 sq. ft. home in Lakeville that is perfectly set up to our needs (2 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor!), at well below market value. Though the building will not be available to us until mid 2025, we are thrilled; the space is amazing, cost efficient, and has unique history. It will be worth the wait!
